Chef Jason Pepin grew up in a French family, where quality ingredients and seasonal recipes were the centerpieces at large gatherings and big holiday celebrations. At age twelve, he was first inspired by his grandmother, who instilled the value of sourcing the freshest ingredients and a respect for simplicity in preparation. Now, after 30 years in the kitchens of famous culinary brands such as Morton's The Steakhouse and Wolfgang Puck, Chef Jason still holds true to the philosophy of clean eating. He achieves this by creating recipes that are equally balanced in texture, flavor, seasoning, and composted with farm fresh ingredients. In his current role, Che Jason leads his culinary team through inspiration in order to foster a genuine passion for food.
