My name is Melody Miranda and I’m an Executive Chef.

I live in Mather, CA.

My favorite things about being a chef are having a connection to the farmers, makers, our team, community, and the people who eat my food.

My biggest food tip is don't be afraid of flavor! Season that $h!t.

Pappardelle is my favorite pasta shape.

If I could only have one dessert for the rest of my life, it’d be anything peanut butter and chocolate.

Crispy fat is my guilty pleasure.

A good sharp chef knife is a kitchen tool that I can’t live without.

When I’m not cooking, I’m chilling with my family, gardening, and baking (which is technically cooking, but what-ever).

Traveling and discovering what each unique city has to offer has been the highlight of my career so far.

When I was a kid, I wanted to be an actor or singer in a band!

My first food memory is going to all of the restaurants with my family as a kid, trying all the weird foods, and collecting the check stubs.
