My name is Edmundo R. Galvez and I’m an Executive Chef.

I live in Tujunga, California.

The passion for food and customer service are my favorite things about being a chef.

A food tip I’d like to share is use a thermometer.

My favorite pasta shape is ravioli.

If I could only have one dessert for the rest of my life, I’d choose eclairs because they are not too sweet and most of the time, I eat them frozen.

Drinking soda is my guilty pleasure.
